Commercial License TERMS OF USE ( CL TOU )
General Terms and Conditions for the Commercial Use of Kalashnikov 3D Ltd. Digital Files
This agreement applies to any Kalashnikov 3D Ltd. Commercial License (Merchant Tier) allowing the licensee to 3D print and sell physical copies of models created and distributed by Kalashnikov 3D Ltd.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Kalashnikov 3D Ltd. grants the licensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive, lifetime license to commercially manufacture and sell 3D printed physical products based on Kalashnikov 3D Ltd. digital files.
2. PROHIBITED USES
- The licensee may NOT resell, share, distribute, or modify and distribute the digital files in any form.
- The license is only for selling 3D printed physical items, not digital assets.
- The license may not be sublicensed, transferred, or assigned.
3. LICENSEE OBLIGATIONS
- Proper attribution must be given to Kalashnikov 3D Ltd. when displaying or selling printed products, including the name of the project or creator where possible.
- The licensee must ensure that customers understand they are purchasing 3D printed items, not original digital files.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Kalashnikov 3D Ltd. is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the files or physical products.
5. LICENSE REGISTRATION AND MONITORING
All issued commercial licenses are recorded and linked to the licensee’s name and/or email. Kalashnikov 3D Ltd. actively monitors the use of its licensed models to ensure compliance. Unauthorized commercial use of our files will be treated as a violation of intellectual property rights.
6. TERMINATION
This license is terminated immediately if the licensee violates any of the terms stated above.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any legal disputes arising from this license shall be resolved under Latvian law, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
By purchasing and/or using Kalashnikov 3D Ltd. digital files under a commercial license, you accept and agree to these terms.
