Do you sell physical or digital models?
On our website, you can purchase digital STL files, but it is also possible to buy physical models in our Etsy store, as well as from official resellers who have purchased a commercial license.
Can I modify the digital models I bought?
Yes, you can, but only for personal use. You are not allowed to sell or use them for any other commercial purposes.
Can I share or resell the purchased digital files?
No, this is strictly prohibited.
Can I sell 3D printed models?
Models purchased from our MyMiniFactory or Cults3D stores may not be sold as physical models unless you have purchased a commercial license.
How can I become an official reseller?
By clicking the Wasteland Wheels button, you can purchase a commercial license that is valid for a lifetime.
Can I request a refund or cancel a purchase?
Once you have received access to the digital files, the purchase is final and non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues with the files, please contact us.
Are the digital files protected against piracy?
Yes, all our models are protected by copyright. We actively monitor unauthorized distribution and take measures against piracy to protect our work.
What files will I receive after purchase?
You will receive a ZIP folder containing STL files that are checked and prepared for 3D printing. All models are provided both with and without supports.
What scale are the models in?
The models are prepared in 32mm scale, which is also compatible with 28mm tabletop RPGs. However, any model can be adjusted to the desired scale.
Can the models be printed on any 3D printer?
In theory, yes, but the models are mostly prepared for LCD (resin) 3D printers, as they are created with high detail.
Can you model anything?
Currently, we focus only on models related to tabletop RPGs.
I have my own 3D model that I want to print. Can you print it for me?
Yes, we do 3D printing of ready-made files. For 3D printing, we require STL, OBJ, STEP, or 3MF file formats in the final desired size. More about our 3D printing services can be found here.
I have an idea I want to realize with 3D printing. Can you make it happen?
At the moment, we accept custom orders only related to tabletop RPGs, and we help realize campaigns such as Kickstarter, MyMiniFactory, and other crowdfunding projects. You can see more about our completed campaigns in the Completed Projects.
